Jamie is a 36 year old native Virginian that keeps finding his way to Central Kentucky. His interest in the field was first sparked as an athlete. However reluctantly, this eventually led to an interests in coaching and the science of movement. It is the individual success stories that keeps him in the field.
Despite making a living in the gym and on the track, Jamie is a nerd at heart. While his formal education is complete, he stays up to date on the latest research and is always trying to make himself a better trainer and coach.
