While I've only made this dish once, it came out so delicious that I thought I should go ahead and share it.
Marinate some Swai (this is a kind of fish if you're not familiar...good news is it's pretty cheap) and shrimp in Stubbs Soy Garlic and Red Pepper Marinade. Typically longer marinating time adds flavor, but 30 minutes should do just fine for this dish. After marinating, fry your fish and shrimp just until the fish flakes. Add the fish and shrimp to a heated soft tortilla with some tomatoes, boston lettuce and orange bell pepper. Now you have a quick, easy and affordable dish that is very tastey and healthy.
