Will, Wade, Jay and Mason have been working with me twice per week throughout the summer. Their positive attitudes and mental toughness have led to obvious gains in a number of areas. As members of the FC Kentucky soccer club, these young men and their parents were hoping to see improvements in speed and conditioning. With the new season fast approaching it is clear that they have indeed improved not only speed and conditioning, but also coordination, agility and power. Our half-hour sessions have included technique work, traditional speed and conditioning work, and games to keep training fun and competitive. Training has been fun and rewarding for me as well. I've had a chance to get outside and go back to what originally brought me to the field: coaching a motivated and smiling group of middle-schoolers.
