Fruit Rolls


If you're looking for a filling and tasty dessert that doesn't destroy your calorie count, give these simple fruit rolls a try.

Spread two tablespoons (1 ounce) of cream cheese over and 8 inch flour tortilla. Add about a cup of your favorite fruit and roll it up. Try it warm or cold.

I suggest using Philadelphia Honey Pecan Cream Cheese as it adds flavor and only has 80 calories per serving. Use neufchatel cheese for an even lower calorie option. Strawberries are a great choice for the fruit filling at just 47 calories per cup. Combined with a 130 calorie tortilla this dessert comes in at a total of 257 calories.
