First, chop green pepper and red onion and mix it in ground chicken or turkey. Alternately you can fry the veggies in olive oil to put on your bun. (I only go this route when I forget to add them to the poultry)
Next add lime juice to the mixture of ground poultry. Alternately you can put the lime juice on the side for dipping which is my preferred method.
Shape chicken or turkey into patties.
Grill the patties and top with Romain lettuce and grilledmango slices.
This makes a delicious and filling sandwich that only has 356 calories when eaten on a whole wheat bun.
