Butternut Squash and Turkey Chili
I usually share my own recipes, but I was impressed enough with this chili to pass it along. At just 164 calories per serving, it's a great way to warm-up this winter, particularly if you add some super hot chili powder from your father-in-law. I also suggest using chick peas and fresh green pepper rather than hominy and green chilies. I think it improves the texture and flavor. The olive oil is unecessary and you can skip the sour cream and chips if you want to keep it hearty but healthy. Of course the recipe is good as is, which is why I'm sharing it through the link below.
