Monthly Feature for October 2015
Joslyn Stanfield is this month's featured client. Joslyn came to me at the end of August looking for guidance as she wished to trim up and improve her strength and over-all fitness. She has done just that. Here strength and endurance are steadily improving and she has already lost 8 pounds. Joslyn's success is due to her discipline and determination. I see her twice a week for a quick 30 minute strength training session. I then give here core and endurance workouts to do on her own. She rarely misses a workout for any reason despite her busy schedule and has been diligent watching the content and quantity of her food intake. Congratulations to Joslyn on her early success! I look forward to helping her reach higher and higher standards.
